Send-In Shoe Customisation service(uk only)

Uk customers only-Personalise your own shoes with one of our custom designs using decals, paintwork and other detailing (where applicable). Shoes are not included.

The dropdown menu shows each available design and the shoe model it is compatible with. Preview images can be found on each design’s individual product page.

Please read before ordering

General

• Shoes must be clean, in good condition and securely packaged.
• If shoes arrive dirty, a cleaning fee will be added before work begins.
• Some original labels/tags may need to be removed to complete the design.
• By ordering, you confirm you own the shoes or have permission to have them customised.
• We are not affiliated with any shoe or clothing brands.

UK Orders only

• After ordering, we’ll email your order confirmation, shipping instructions and an InPost shipping label.
• We are not responsible for shoes lost or damaged before they are scanned into the InPost network.
• Your customised shoes will be returned using a tracked delivery service.

As every pair is customised to order, cancellations, returns and refunds cannot be accepted once work has begun.
